- The store ran on a vintage theme with a slow Vue.js-based setup.
- Third-party search and collection filter apps were slowing the site down.
- The cart needed better upsell and discount features.

- Migrated the store from a vintage theme to an Online Store 2.0 theme.
- Replaced the slow Vue.js-based setup with optimized vanilla JavaScript.
- Built a custom cart drawer with a progress bar, free gift options and discount code functionality.
- Replaced third-party search and collection filter apps with faster custom-built solutions.
- Improved site speed, user experience and consistency across devices.
