- The brand had a new Figma design to implement.
- Heavy third-party apps were slowing the store down.
- SEO tools and Google Search Console flagged issues.

What I did
- Implemented the rebranding based on the client's Figma designs.
- Replaced heavy third-party apps (a swatch app and a search & filter app) with custom functionality.
- Added a cart drawer, quick add-to-cart and sticky add-to-cart for CRO.
- Fixed SEO issues flagged by Semrush.
- Fixed schema snippets flagged in Google Search Console.
