What the store needed

  • The Hydrogen storefront was out of date.
  • It needed consent handling, reviews, social content and better analytics.
The work

What I did

  1. Upgraded the client's Shopify Hydrogen storefront to the latest version.
  2. Enabled the Shopify core consent banner on Hydrogen.
  3. Set up a custom route for the community page.
  4. Integrated Instagram feeds using the Shopify Hydrogen app.
  5. Fixed the product page video gallery and integrated Okendo product reviews.
  6. Improved Shopify analytics reporting, added a size chart guide and corrected branding inconsistencies.
